Salary of an employee of foreign government exempt provided:
- Employee citizen of foreign country and not a citizen of Pakistan.
- Services performed are similar to services performed by employees of the Federal Government in foreign countries and
- Foreign government also grants similar exemptions to employees of Federal Government. Define the employment as per its respective sections.
