Leadership
Leadership refers leading towards Goals and objectives of particular organization .So strong leadership leads better and sure goals attainment. e.g. Quid-e- Azam was a strong leader.
Management
Leads how to reach towards goals and utilize resources while managing them in a better way. Normally manager's doe's management process .management could be in accounting department. HRM department, Sales department etc etc.
